The first business I built won the prestigious ‘Medium Size Business of the Year’ award for our region. It was a proud moment, reflecting the hard work and success my team and I had achieved.

Imagine retiring at the age of 31. Sounds crazy, right? Well, I did it! But I soon realized that retirement wasn’t for me. I missed the thrill and challenge of business, and most of my peers were still working. I had no one to play with.  So, I started my own Business Coaching company. It was a win-win—I got to do what I loved while helping others grow and systemize their own businesses.

Over the years, I’ve developed other businesses that aligned with my family and lifestyle. One of my main ventures was Global Training Institute, an Australian Government Accredited College offering diploma-level courses in Business, Management, Project Management, Administration, and more. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and career advising, thousands of supervisors and managers, helping them advance in their careers and prepare for new opportunities.

In 2022, I retired early again from my successful training company but quickly got bored. Early retirement couldn’t keep me away for long. I’m back.

I’ve always been an early adopter of technology. We were training online with the first edition of Moodle over 15 years ago, long before it became mainstream. During the Covid-19 pandemic, while others scrambled to catch up, we were already ahead of the game. I even served on an Australian E-Assessment Investigation Committee, exploring the possibilities of online assessments before they became widespread.

As an AI enthusiast, I eagerly explored the potential of ChatGPT when it was first released. I spent December 2022 creating a spreadsheet to track all the incredible tools being released, uncovering endless possibilities for our businesses.

ChatGPT revolutionized my digital marketing efforts, boosting my open rates from 40% to an impressive 63%. It quickly became my trusty sidekick, helping me create awesome content and push the boundaries of what was possible. I became ChatGPT’s biggest fan, raving about its capabilities at BBQ gatherings.

In 2023, my team and I focused on automation and AI in our training company. We expanded our IT team, doubled its size, and implemented AI to streamline operations. We reduced our administration team by more than half without any layoffs, improved processing volumes by 400%, and elevated customer service to new heights. It was a game-changer!

By October 2023, I was fully committed to AI and automation, leading to the registration of Business AI Pty Ltd. My goal was clear: to help other SMEs achieve the remarkable results I had experienced. I also aimed to support employees in adapting to the new work environment and developing their careers in this new world, leading to the creation of the our BizAI Tools, MyCareer Hub and our AI Assistants.

In 2024, I dedicated my efforts to transforming my extensive business and career knowledge into AI tools. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve helped countless business owners build their businesses and thousands of individuals advance their careers, gain new skills, and achieve pay raises and promotions. Now, I’ve AI-ified my business and career development tools, creating over 100 AI tools that are available to benefit others. Designed for non-tech-savvy owners, these tools use simple forms to harness the power of AI.
